Bill Albert
Chief Program Officer
Leadership & Development

Bill Albert is the Chief Program Officer of The National Campaign. As Chief Program Officer, Bill is responsible for overall program planning and development, and for tracking program progress. In addition, Bill provides oversight to the Campaign’s media outreach and communication strategies, as well as the writing, editing, design, and production of Campaign’s numerous publications and materials. In addition, he oversees the Campaign’s popular, award-winning websites, the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, the organization’s work with new media, and the Campaign’s marketing efforts.

Before his work with The National Campaign, Bill spent 12 years working in television news, most recently as the Managing Editor at Fox Television News in Washington, DC. His responsibilities included managing the editorial content of two daily news broadcasts, assigning, editing, and writing stories for air, conducting interviews, and overseeing the work of reporters and electronic news gathering crews.

Bill received his degree in Communications at American University and resides in Kensington, Maryland with his wife, Carol. His perfect 21-year-old son, Harrison The Boy Wonder, is a senior at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD to its friends).

JeNeen Anderson
Senior Manager

JeNeen Anderson is the Senior Manager of Programs at The National Campaign. She is responsible for the organization’s work in addressing teen and unplanned pregnancy among youth in child welfare systems, including youth in extended foster care. She also provides support on other programmatic activities including: 1) the provision of training and customized technical assistance to states and communities around the country; and 2) developing systems-based approaches to address unplanned pregnancy among teens and young women for a myriad of sectors.

Prior to joining The National Campaign, JeNeen spent over 12 years working in the government and non-profit sectors developing programs and providing technical assistance in the sexual health arena. Most recently, JeNeen was the Prevention and Health Systems Integration Program Manager at the National Alliance of State & Territorial AIDS Directors (NASTAD), where she managed activities related to prevention with HIV-positive persons, Data to Care and coordinated capacity building assistance (CBA) efforts across NASTAD’s Prevention and Health Systems Integration teams.

JeNeen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tennessee State University and a Master in Public Health with a concentration in Behavioral Science/Community Health from the University At Albany/SUNY.

Jill Antonishak
Evaluation Consultant
Research & Evaluation

Jill Antonishak, Ph.D., is the Managing Director of 3 Flights Consulting, and the Evaluation Consultant to The National Campaign. Jill is a community and developmental psychologist with extensive experience in evaluation and the development of strengths-based prevention programs, including family support and resilience promotion programs.

Prior to her evaluation work with the Campaign, Jill worked on a range of state policy issues at the Pew Charitable Trusts. Jill was an American Association for the Advancement of Science's Congressional Fellow for the Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee. After her fellowship, she was hired as full-time staff on the Committee, with a focus on health, mental health, and strengthening families. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Virginia and her BA from Goucher College. She has received fellowships from the National Institute of Mental Health, the Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and the Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues.

Liany Elba Arroyo
Senior Director, Health Equity
Health Equity

Liany Elba Arroyo is the Senior Director of Health Equity at The National Campaign where she works to ensure an equity lens is applied to the organization’s work.  Previously she had served as the Director of Partnerships where she oversaw the development of programs and the dissemination of messages and resources tailored for the Latino and African American communities. 

Prior to coming to The National Campaign, Liany spent over 13 years working in the government and non-profit sectors developing programs and promoting public policies that aimed to improve the health status of Latino communities across the nation. Most recently, Liany was the Associate Director of the Education and Children’s Policy Project at the National Council of La Raza (NCLR), where she worked on advancing NCLR’s education priorities and policies affecting Latino children and youth. Liany has published several pieces on children and Latino health and has been cited by Spanish and English media, including The New York Times, Newsweek, and Univision.

Originally from Bridgeport, Connecticut, Liany currently resides in Chevy Chase, Maryland with her husband and daughter. She holds a BS in psychology from Wellesley College, an MPH from Columbia University, and is Certified in Public Health.



Chelsey Connolly
Senior Manager, College Initiatives

Chelsey Connolly is the Senior Manager of College Initiatives at The National Campaign. She is responsible for fostering relationships with college faculty and administrators and working with them to help students achieve their educational goals by preventing unplanned pregnancy. She also supports the development of materials, such as the online lessons, Preventing Unplanned Pregnancy and Completing College. In December 2012 she co-authored a report published by the American Association of Community Colleges, titled Make It Personal: How Pregnancy Planning and Prevention Help Students Complete College, about its project with the Campaign to incorporate the topic of preventing unplanned pregnancy into academic courses.

Since joining the Campaign in 2007, Chelsey has worked in several departments including State and Local Action, the Latino Initiative, and Public Policy. She also managed a federal grant to give teens information about how to have healthy relationships, through which she helped create the award-winning online games, My Paper Boyfriend and My Paper Girlfriend on

Chelsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing at Georgia Southern University. She lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband, daughter, and rescue dog.

Ginny Ehrlich
Chief Executive Officer

Ginny Ehrlich is the chief executive officer at the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy. Prior to taking the helm at the National Campaign, Ginny directed the childhood obesity prevention portfolio at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and led the Foundation’s efforts to establish a strategic direction for its $500 million investment in ensuring that all children achieve a healthy weight by 2025. Previously, Ginny spent eight years at the Clinton Foundation, where she served as the Founding CEO of the Clinton Health Matters Initiative and the long-time CEO of the Alliance for a Healthier Generation. During her tenure at the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, Ginny positioned the organization as a national leader on preventing childhood obesity and started the nation’s largest school-based obesity prevention program. Ginny started her career in the classroom as a health and sexuality educator, and has held several state and national leadership positions.

Ginny has dedicated her more than 20-year career to improving the health and wellbeing of children, adolescents, and families. Known for her abilities to build organizational strategic vision and foster partnerships of great purpose across the public, private and nonprofit sectors, Ginny was recognized in 2012 by Health Leaders as one of the nation’s top change agents in the health sector. Ginny has a breadth of experience working with businesses, community organizations, policymakers, schools, and government officials on a wide variety of social welfare issues.

Ginny holds a doctorate of education in education leadership and a Master of Science in Special Education, both from the University of Oregon, a Master of Public Health from Boston University and a BA in Community Health Education, from the University of Oregon. She lives in Washington, DC; she is an avid tennis player and runner.

Rachel Fey
Director, Public Policy
Policy & Strategic Partnerships

Rachel Fey is the Director of Public Policy at The National Campaign where she is responsible for the organization’s health policy work, including implementation of the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid family planning, and the Title X Family Planning Program. She also focuses on health disparities and budget and appropriations, specifically funding for teen pregnancy prevention programs and public funding for family planning.

Prior to joining The National Campaign, Ms. Fey was Manager of Government Relations at the National Family Planning and Reproductive Health Association (NFPRHA) where she worked on key provisions of the Affordable Care Act and the Medicaid and Title X Family Planning programs. Recognized in 2013 by the Professional Women in Advocacy Conference as an Up and Coming Practitioner, Ms. Fey has over a decade’s experience working in the field of non-profit reproductive health, including for the Association of Reproductive Health Professionals (ARHP) and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Center for Communication Programs.

Ms. Fey holds a BA in International Studies from the Johns Hopkins University.  She lives in Washington, DC and stamps her passport as often as possible.

Alexandra Gonzalez

Alexandra Gonzalez is a digital media consultant for The National Campaign.

Alexandra oversees the digital metrics program at The National Campaign and provides the staff with reports and insight to help all digital properties perform better. She also runs The National Campaign’s Google AdWords Grant; oversees the online CMS system; and works on promotion for a variety of digital programs and events.  In addition, for over a decade, Alexandra worked with The National Campaign’s CEO in the collecting, writing, and editing of organizational performance measures in order to assess The National Campaign’s productivity and impact.

Before beginning her consulting role with The National Campaign in 2004, Alexandra served as The National Campaign’s senior web manager for several years and was responsible for developing content for and analyzing the performance of The National Campaign’s award-winning web properties.

She graduated summa cum laude from The George Washington University with a degree in Sociology and Psychology and received a Master of Education from the University of Maryland.  She lives in Maryland with her husband and two daughters.

Becky Griesse
Senior Manager, Programs

Becky Griesse is the Senior Manager of Programs at The National Campaign. In this capacity, she provides assistance to state and local communities regarding teen and unplanned pregnancy.

Prior to joining The National Campaign, Becky was the Adolescent Sexual Health Program Manager at the National Coalition of STD Directors (NCSD). There she provided technical assistance to CDC/DASH funded state education agencies to improve youth access to sexual health services. Becky also has experience coordinating a local teen pregnancy prevention coalition, the Alexandria Campaign on Adolescent Pregnancy (ACAP) in Alexandria, VA.

Becky attended James Madison University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and George Washington University where she received a Master in Public Health with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health.  She is an Adjunct Faculty member at George Mason University where she teaches Human Sexuality and Women’s Health courses.

Andrea Kane
Vice President, Policy and Strategic Partnerships
Policy & Strategic Partnerships

Andrea Kane is the Vice President for Policy and Strategic Partnerships at The National Campaign.  She is responsible for The National Campaign’s public policy program, as well as forging strategic partnerships with a range of public and private sector organizations.  During her time at the Campaign, she has helped launch The National Campaign’s work with community colleges, youth in foster care, and with Latino communities.

From 2001 through 2008, she was also affiliated with the Brookings Institution’s Center on Children and Families in various capacities. Before joining The National Campaign in 2001, Andrea served at the White House Domestic Policy Council as a special assistant to President Clinton. She has also worked at the National Governors’ Association, and at the state and local level in California, Texas, and Virginia.

She studied Government at Smith College, received a BA from Cornell University and an MPA from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas.

Kelleen Kaye
Vice President, Research
Research & Evaluation

Kelleen Kaye is the Vice President of Research at The National Campaign.

Before joining The National Campaign, she spent 12 years as senior analyst at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, where she developed and oversaw studies on a wide variety of issues related to family formation, poverty and public assistance.  She also has worked for the National Opinion Research Center, the New America Foundation, the U.S. Department of Labor, the Urban Institute and the Brookings Institution. She has served on several advisory committees including the Interagency Forum on Child and Family Statistics and the Interagency Working Group for the National Survey of Family Growth. She has received the Vice President’s Hammer Award for her work on the Fatherhood Initiative and the Secretary’s Distinguished Service Award for data analyses related to Hurricane Katrina.

Kelleen received a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and mathematics from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.

Daniela Kucz
Development and Grants Manager

Daniela Kucz is the Development Analyst at The National Campaign. Daniela oversees individual giving and supports the Campaign’s fundraising activities. Daniela also serves as the Special Assistant to the CEO and coordinates Board of Directors events as the Corporate Secretary.

Prior to her work at the Campaign, Daniela honed her donor relations and fundraising experience as a Development Fellow at the Women’s Campaign Fund and a Special Projects Assistant at Move This World.

Daniela received her Bachelor’s degree in Gender & Sexuality Studies and Biology from Swarthmore College. Having lived in seven countries across the world, Daniela now resides in Washington, DC.

Scott LaGrand

Scott LaGrand is the Chief Development Officer for The National Campaign. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of fundraising for the organization. Scott joins The National Campaign from the Clinton Foundation where he has spent the past 6 years as the Director of Development for the Clinton Health Matters Initiative and the Vice President of Development for the Alliance for a Healthier Generation. Prior to his time at the Clinton Foundation, Scott spent nine years in multiple fundraising and leadership roles at the American Heart Association. 

Scott graduated with a BA in English from Boston College where he was an All-American ice-hockey player. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1988 Entry Draft and spent 9 seasons playing professionally. Scott has 2 daughters, Olivia (20) and Chloe (16).

Danielle Lapierre
Senior Manager, Inbound Marketing

Danielle Lapierre is the Senior Manager of Inbound Marketing at The National Campaign. In this role, Danielle manages various digital marketing outreach efforts, including social media marketing and audience engagement for Bedsider.

Prior to joining the Campaign, Danielle was employed at the American Institutes for Research primarily working on a national social marketing campaign to reduce stigma and complacency surrounding HIV/AIDS.  Previously, Danielle was responsible for social media marketing for the capacity building department at Metro TeenAIDS and worked as the campus health educator at both George Mason University and Columbia University. Danielle has a Masters in Communication from Johns Hopkins University and a Masters in Health Education from Columbia University.

Laura Lloyd
Assistant Director, Digital Media

Laura Lloyd is the Assistant Director of Digital Media at The National Campaign and part of the team behind Bedsider, the Campaign’s birth control support network for young adults.  Her current focus is on provider outreach, which consists of getting Bedsider’s tools and content into the hands of health care providers, maintaining the Bedsider Providers website, and gathering feedback to determine how Bedsider can work best in clinical settings.

Laura joined The National Campaign in 2008 with over 10 years of experience in public health research, primarily in the areas of STI and HIV prevention and with an ever-increasing focus on the use of digital technology in the field.  She received a BA in Psychology and Sociology from University of Colorado, an MPH from Emory University, and an MS in Human-Computer Interaction Design from Indiana University’s School of Informatics, all with the common theme of better understanding human behavior.

Laura lives with her husband and two young daughters in San Diego, CA and tries really hard not to gloat about the weather.       

Tara Mancini
Manager, Public Policy

Tara Mancini is the Public Policy Manager at The National Campaign.  In this role she supports the Public Policy Department’s advocacy work on federal appropriations and on opportunities to reduce teen and unplanned pregnancy through Medicaid and health care delivery system reform at the federal and state levels.

Tara previously served as the Public Policy Fellow at The National Campaign.  She also worked at the Georgetown University Center for Children and Families, providing research assistance on Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program, and the Affordable Care Act.

Tara earned a BA in Sociology and BA in Justice Studies from Rhode Island College and her MA in Sociology from American University.  She lives in Washington, DC, where she can frequently be found laughing at a stand-up comedy show. 

Alison Stewart Ng
Manager, Research and Analytics
Research & Evaluation

Alison Stewart Ng is the Manager, Research and Analytics at The National Campaign. She is responsible for keeping The National Campaign’s online data portal up to date with the latest statistics, and for providing assistance with research requests.  She has co-authored Freeze Frame 2012, and three new additions to our Why It Matters series.  These briefs provide research on the consequences of teen childbearing on topics including education and economic wellbeing, single parenthood and father involvement, and child welfare.

During her time at The National Campaign, Alison has participated in several other projects, including updates to the public cost of teen childbearing, and the redesign of the data portal.   In early 2014, she co-authored a Science Says on teen childbearing in rural areas, and she is currently working on an analysis of factors explaining this rural-urban disparity.

Alison received her BA in International Relations from Tufts University, and is currently working on her MS in Applied Economics at Johns Hopkins University.  She currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband, Abraham.

Marisa Nightingale
Senior Media Advisor

As The National Campaign’s Senior Media Advisor, Marisa Nightingale leads key partnerships with entertainment media executives to help harness the power of popular media to reduce teen and unplanned pregnancy. She and her colleagues provide expertise, information, and hands-on help to media decision-makers whose content is most popular with teens, young adults, and their parents.

Marisa joined the Campaign in 1996, shortly after its founding, and is the architect of its nationally-recognized Entertainment Media program. She served as the program’s Senior Director for 12 years and continues to advise on strategy and cultivate message integration partnerships with outlets including NBC, FOX, ABC, The CW, Hulu, Marie Claire, Family Circle, Essence, Latina and more, with a special emphasis on reaching Latino audiences. Public Service Announcement (PSA) campaigns developed under her direction have won multiple awards and garnered millions of dollars in free placements. She played a leadership role in the conception, development and launch of "Thanks, Birth Control," a social media effort that engages individuals and organizations in a positive public conversation about all that birth control makes possible.

Prior to joining The National Campaign, Marisa was the Communications Director at Share Our Strength (SOS), a leading national voice in the fight against hunger. At SOS, she worked with journalists, chefs, corporate partners, and community organizations to address the causes and consequences of hunger and poverty. Marisa is a guest lecturer at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and is a seasoned speaker on the role of media in preventing teen and unplanned pregnancy and promoting social change. She has served as a Campaign spokesperson on The Today Show, The View, The Ricki Lake Show, NPR, USA Today, The Washington Post, and elsewhere. Marisa graduated with honors from Yale University and lives in Washington, DC with her husband, two children and a lively mutt.

Adrienne Padden
Assistant Director, Human Resources & Facilities

Adrienne Padden is the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Administration at The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy.   Adrienne joined The National Campaign in 2007 and has over 18 years of management and human resources experience. 

Adrienne is responsible for the day-to-day management, planning, and monitoring of key company-wide support functions including all aspects of human resources, facilities, and information technology.  In this role she develops and/or provides reviews and recommendations on policies, procedures, and practices for the staff at The National Campaign.  She is also responsible for implementing and evaluating ongoing HR strategy, policies, programs, and compliance.  She manages all aspects of human relations including recruiting, hiring, orientation, performance evaluation, employee relations, and the administration of the benefits program.

Adrienne is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison where she was a double major in Sociology and Psychology.  Adrienne is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She lives in Arlington, VA with her husband Derek, and their two very active young sons, Finley and Theo.  She enjoys weekly adventures with her family, cooking, and travel.

Jessica Sheets Pika
Director, Communications and Editorial Content

Jessica Sheets Pika is the Director, Communications and Editorial Content at The National Campaign.  In that capacity, Jessica drives the communications strategy for the Campaign by curating, writing, and editing content; managing consultants and content contributors; and developing new activities and content areas for the organization.  She is the organization’s editor and manages the creation and publication of all Campaign materials.   In addition, Jessica manages the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy/Teen Pregnancy Prevention Month, a national, digital call to action encouraging teens to think about how their lives might change if they were to become pregnant. Jessica also handles press initiatives, spearheads the design and creation of new National Campaign materials, and provides general communications and editorial guidance to all program areas of the Campaign.

Jessica joined The National Campaign in 2006 and has nearly 15 years of experience in the non-profit health care world.  She received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Political Science from Wake Forest University and lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, her adorable children, and their dog, Cora.

Michael Rosst
Director, Digital Properties

Michael Rosst is the Director of Digital Properties at The National Campaign. Michael is responsible for establishing, planning, and developing new digital approaches and appropriate applications of rapidly emerging electronic technologies for the purpose of achieving The National Campaign’s behavior change goal of reducing unplanned pregnancies among teens and young adults. In addition, Mr. Rosst is responsible for the art direction and user experience of various digital properties, with a particular emphasis on the award-winning—The National Campaign’s free online birth control support network—and National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy properties.

Mr. Rosst joined The National Campaign in 2005 and has 13 years of experience in in the areas of health research, digital media, and design. He received a BA in Communications and Media Studies from Fordham University.

Liz Sabatiuk
Senior Manager, Digital Media

Liz Sabatiuk is Senior Manager of Digital Media at The National Campaign. She’s responsible for developing and managing content for The National Campaign’s award winning website,—a birth control support network for 18- to 29-year-olds. Liz works closely with consultants, content creators, and partners to produce engaging, medically accurate content that represents and extends the Bedsider brand. This includes everything from Bedsider feature articles to tumblr posts to the Guy’s Guide to Birth Control.


Liz began working at The National Campaign in 2008 for the Latino Initiative and co-authored the report Toward a Common Future: Latino Teens and Adults Speak Out About Teen Pregnancy. She earned a BA in English Literature from Goucher College and is currently working toward an MA in Communication, Culture & Technology at Georgetown University.

Julio Sarria
Senior Accountant

Julio C. Sarria is a staff accountant at The National Campaign. He is responsible for processing accounts payable and assisting the Controller in day to day accounting activities and month end closing. Julio joined The National Campaign in January of 2011.

Julio earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. He lives in Riverdale, MD with his dog, an Akita named Perla. He enjoys working out and riding his motorcycle at track days. He was born in Nicaragua and immigrated to the United States in 1983 with his family.

Julie Satterwhite
Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer

Julie is an expert in finance, human resources, and management. She also has significant experience in organizational development, operations, information technology, and strategic planning. Julie has developed and implemented solutions to business challenges across organizations, with a particular focus on Finance, HR, and management operations. Throughout her career serving in leadership positions in the private sector (Nike), healthcare (Kaiser Permanente), and the nonprofit sector (Alliance for a Healthier Generation), Julie has created, developed, and inspired high functioning teams with a commitment to peak performance and strong operating integrity. 

Prior to joining the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancies, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, a joint initiative of the American Heart Association and the Clinton Foundation. At the Alliance, Julie developed and implemented the systems and business processes that positioned the organization for success as it grew from a joint initiative of two established organizations into a separate 501(c)(3).  Julie’s efforts resulted in multiple consecutive years of clean audits that evidenced the best in class internal controls she established and facilitated. Julie’s experience also includes implementing human resources policies, procedures, and talent management programs that ensure comprehensive staff engagement. Julie has substantial experience in engaging newly established teams and successfully developing or transitioning technology infrastructures.


Christine Spears
Finance & Administration

Christine Spears is the Controller at The National Campaign. She is responsible for the financial reporting and financial analysis of the organization, as well as the annual budget and payroll processes. Christine joined The National Campaign in October of 2016 with over a decade of accounting experience. Prior to joining The National Campaign, Christine was the Director of Accounting at International Justice Mission, a global non-profit working to reform local justice systems to work on behalf of the under-resourced. Christine started her career in auditing with KPMG.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Bethel University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She currently resides in Washington, DC with her two young children. They spend their weekends exploring the city by bus, metro, and scooter.

Katy Suellentrop
Vice President, Programs

Katy is the Vice President of Programs at The National Campaign.  In her capacity as Vice President of Programs, Katy is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects that include providing training and technical assistance to organizations working to address teen and unplanned pregnancy at the state and community level; working with colleges (including 2 year colleges) to increase their capacity to address unplanned pregnancy with their students, particularly those age 18-21; working with child welfare agencies to implement strategies to address teen and unplanned pregnancy; engaging family and juvenile court judges in work to address teen and unplanned pregnancy prevention; and enabling early innovation in teen pregnancy prevention. Her favorite part of the job is helping people connect the dots and try something new to address teen and unplanned pregnancy in their communities.  She’s also a research geek and loves sharing new data. 

Katy received her BA from Northwestern University and her MPH from Emory University. Katy lives with her husband Mike and two sons, Liam and Connor, in Arlington.  She usually spends her free time outside with the boys. 

Lawrence Swiader

Lawrence Swiader has spent his career studying the intersection of technology, media, education, and how it can better people’s lives.  Currently, as VP of Digital Media at The National Campaign he oversees all aspects of The National Campaign’s digital presence.  Previously, he used technology as a tool to teach about the history of the Holocaust and to motivate people to act to end contemporary genocide.

In his second home of Athens, Greece, he has consulted on various projects for clients including the Athens Metro and museums of Greek history.  Lawrence graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University in 1989 with a degree in Television, Radio, and Film and in 1993 earned a Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Development, and Evaluation from Syracuse University’s School of Education.

Lawrence has a 14-year-old daughter and finds inspiration from playing tennis, sea kayaking in Greece, art, and a good book.

Julian Teixeira

Julian Teixeira begins his tenure at TNC as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications on October 31, 2016. He comes to TNC from National Council of La Raza, where he was the Senior Director of Communications for over five years and was responsible for all of the organization’s communications activities from traditional media relations, digital communications and editorial functions. He served as NCLR’s spokesperson and expert on Latino issues and affairs—focusing on the Latino vote, Latino purchasing power and the effects of a growing U.S. Latino population. He holds a BA in journalism and a Master’s in Business Administration both from the University of Maryland at College Park, and has served as the public relations and marketing chair for the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, and as a lecturer of communications at Johns Hopkins University.

Paige Whipple
Communications Coordinator

Paige is the Communications Coordinator at The National Campaign. She works with media partners in television and publishing to help them incorporate teen and unplanned pregnancy prevention messages into their work.

She came to The Campaign after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Towson University with a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication and Journalism. Paige worked at Baltimore Style Magazine for two years, wrote a bi-weekly column for Towson’s newspaper, and was a contributor for an online magazine, The DC Ladies. She also runs social media accounts for several Baltimore-based businesses as a freelancer.

She shares her alma matter with Amy Schumer and Mike Rowe—not bad company to be in. 

Edwin Zelaya
Staff Accountant

Edwin Zelaya is the staff accountant at The National Campaign. He's responsible for processing accounts payable, and supports the Controller in day-to-day accounting and month-end closing. Edwin is currently a student at Montgomery College and graduates Spring 2017 with a Business Associates Degree. Following graduation, he plans to pursue a Bachelor's in Accounting.
